Rob started his career in construction in 2003 when he joined the Ohio Carpenters’ Joint Apprentice & Training Program. Since then he has worked for multiple contractors within the union broadening his skills from starting as an apprentice and working his way up to a site superintendent. In 2021 Rob decided to go out on his own and start a remodeling company. By the end of 2021, he realized that in order to take on more work he needed to bring on a full-time partner in Bill Jones. Rob’s role is lead project manager and secondary estimator. He is also responsible for billing and daily operations. Rob has spent his time in the Union with Western Reserve Interiors and OCP contractors. He also was an assistant superintendent at Pride One Construction.
